David is the Founder of RZ Resources Limited, incorporating the company in 2012.
David was the Global Head of Distribution for one of Australia’s largest Alternative Investment companies, where he was responsible for developing and raising capital for both domestic and offshore opportunities.
David worked for Credit Suisse where he was responsible for growing funds under management, managing high net worth client portfolios and facilitating investment opportunities for other Banking divisions. During his tenure at Credit Suisse, David was recognised with an Australian Private Banking award for his outstanding relationship management.
Campbell Jones is a veteran of the industrial minerals sector, having amassed 30+ years of experience with top-tier firms such as Baker Hughes, Normandy Mining, Sibelco/Unimin and Covia Corp.
During his tenure with Unimin Australia, Campbell rose to EGM/COO before becoming the youngest CEO in Sibelco Australia’s history from 2006 to 2015.
In 2015 he became US-based global head of Unimin, overseeing the operations of 208 mines worldwide, and most recently served as Executive VP of Covia Corp from 2018 to 2022.
Campbell’s industry success is attributed to his expertise in supply chain and network optimization, as well as his proficiency in executive mentorship, commercial excellence, strategic planning and innovation.
Ray has over 27 years’ experience working in the investment banking industry. He is highly conversant and experienced in all areas of mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, including a significant track record of transactions in the metals and mining, oil and gas and industrials sectors.
Ray is currently Chairman of Galilee Energy Limited, a non-executive director of Indago Energy Limited and a number of private companies. Ray is a former executive director and head of the corporate finance department of Patersons Securities Limited in Sydney and previously was Chairman of Bellevue Gold Limited and Estrella Resources Ltd.
David is partner of a global law firm, Chair of Naturalena Brands Advisory Board, Director of Brisbane Powerhouse, Deputy Chair of Diving Australia and has been or continues to be involved with a large number of other organisations (in connection with trade and investment in Asia, the Americas and Europe).
David has significant experience acting on behalf of a range of international corporations as a trusted advisor providing strategic advice on a range of complex issues and matters thereby bringing additional expertise in the areas of investment, finance and law to the Board.
David has a long-standing interest in trade and investment with Asia and is or has been a board member of a number of Asian business councils and associations.
Chris has over 40 years’ experience in the Mining and Extractive Industries having worked in various roles in Europe, Africa, US, Asia and Australia. Chris is the former Head of Alliances, New Ventures and Royalties and M&A as well as Head of Global Marketing at Iluka Resources. Chris’ previous roles included five years as Managing Director of Consolidated Rutile, 12 years in copper/cobalt mining in Zambia and four years as Chief Executive of the largest construction materials company in Malaysia.
Chris has an in-depth knowledge of the mineral sands industry gleaned in his roles as MD at CRL and diverse roles at Iluka, as well having held multiple Board positions in Europe, Asia and Australia.
Elissa is a Chartered Secretary with over 20 years’ experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional.
She has worked with boards and management of a range of ASX listed companies including assisting companies through the IPO process.
Her experience covers a variety of industries including resources, information technology, industrials and biotechnology. Elissa currently acts as the Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed companies, together with a portfolio of unlisted companies, offering best practice governance advice and ensuring compliance with the Listing Rules, Corporations Act and other relevant legislation.
