Our growing team spans from our MSP in south-east Queensland to our Copi community in south-west New South Wales and north-west Victoria, but we all share the same mission: to make RZ Resources Australia’s most reliable producer of high-quality minerals for high-end application.
We know our workforce will expand quickly once we begin production in the near future.

Wentworth, Mildura
During our current exploratory activities, we have engaged with a range of staff from within and around the Wentworth Shire and Sunraysia. The region boasts a strong legacy of Minerals Sands Mining and the skills associated. We aim to keep those skills in the region.
When in full production, we will encourage a residential workforce for our projects. When we can’t source staff from the local region for key roles, we will offer strong incentives to relocate staff to the area with their family, allowing them to contribute economically and societally to the wider community.
We will provide a range of traineeships and apprenticeships to locals to allow them to build the skills needed for a rewarding career in mining.
Copi is expected to come online in 2028/29, pending approvals.
Brisbane (Pinkenba)
The Brisbane Mineral Separation Plant has a history that pre-dates RZ Resources. Previously operated by Consolidated Rutile and Sibelco, the plant has generated skills development in this highly-specialised area since its beginning.
RZ Resources has kept the plant in care and maintenance since acquiring it in 2021, and have brought in the expertise of a number of the team who previously operated the plant.
When fully operational, the plant will require a team of more than one hundred. As with our Copi operations, we will first look to local communities to build the team.
The MSP is anticipated to be online in 2027.
