Under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (EPBC Act), certain projects must be formally assessed for their potential impact on matters of national environmental significance, including threatened species, ecological communities, and heritage places. RZ Resources is committed to meeting its obligations under the EPBC Act and to keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. The reports published here document assessments relevant to RZ’s projects and are made available in the interest of transparency, regulatory compliance, and open engagement with the communities and regulators who have an interest in our work.
